Indian Institute of Science Bangalore will be conducting Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) this year for various courses such as MTECH, ME & PHD etc. for admission to various universities and institutions. The tests will be conducted online from 30 January 2016 till 7 February 2016. This notification is regarding the release of GATE Admit Card 2016 which will be required to appear in the online exam. As per the latest information released by the organization, GATE 2016 Admit Card will be available at the official websites from29 December 2015 onwards. It is compulsory for all the candidates who had applied for the GATE 2016 Exam to bring their hall ticket as all the important details like exam centre, venue, hall number, date and time of reporting etc will be mentioned in the respective GATE Admit Card 2016. Thus, all the applicants can download their GATE 2016 Hall Ticket from the official website by entering their Enrollment ID and password or date of birth. GATE Exam 2016 will be held in two sessions: Morning and Afternoon Session.

Hall Ticket will be available online only at the official website from 29.12.2015 onwards. In addition to the GATE Admit Card 2016, candidates should bring their Govt. Issued Identity Proof in original as well as photocopy for verification process. Hall Ticket can be downloaded by online mode only. No admit card will be sent to the email of the applicants. Candidates should bring a print out of the downloaded copy of the GATE Admit Card 2016.
