IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern:

Written Examination: The
written exam conducted online is a 200 marks paper of objective type nature. The total time duration of written exam is 2 hours and the questions set are also available in Hindi language except English language section. There are 5 sections in Question Paper. The Structure of written exam is given below:

Negative Marking for Wrong Answers:
There will be a negative marking for each wrong answer marked. For each wrong question, 0.25 o mark will be deducted as penalty. If a question is unattempted i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no negative marking for that question.

Cutoff Score: Candidate will need to obtain a minimum score in each section and also a minimum overall score in order to qualify themselves for interview. Cutoff score will be decided by the recruiting group depending upon number of vacancies available.
Interviews: The candidates who qualifies online test will be called for interview process

  • Computer Abbreviations

The selection process is carried out through 2 stages:

  • Online Common Written Exam
  • Interview

    Candidates who qualifies online exam will be shortlisted for interview process. Candidates need to clear exam as well as interview round in order to get themselves qualified for the respective post.
