Coc will not effect the process of selection.
It may seen from the results of last conducted exams by SSC and PPSC ,in 300 posts the last cut off is about 63% with negative marking. As there no negative marking and the exam was of general studies and was at the level of UPSC.After adding 5 to 10 % due to no negative marking we may reach at this estimate.
